  2. The other thing that ties them all together is their emphasis on photographer to tell a bigger story then segmenting out each individual message. They are all trying to connect with the visitor on a deeper level more immediately.

  4. I understand the appeal of minimalist design to a point, but it seems to me that the less is more belief is leading to many minimalist designed websites looking exactly like each other. It's almost memetic.
